Terms of Service

The service

Dali Sports AI lets photographers create events, bulk-upload photos, and share a link that lets guests find their own photos using a selfie. This is currently offered as an early-access product. Some features described on our pricing page (for example, paid Pro or Lifetime plans) are not yet purchasable in-app — accounts created today start on the Free tier.

Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your login credentials confidential.

Uploaded content

• Photographers retain ownership of photos they upload and are responsible for having the right to upload, process, and share them, including obtaining any consent required from people who appear in those photos for face-matching to be performed.
• You may not upload content you don't have the rights to, content that is unlawful, or content depicting people without a lawful basis for processing their biometric data.
• We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these terms or applicable law.

Guest selfie search

Guests who upload a selfie to search an event do so voluntarily to find their own photos. See our Privacy Policy for how selfie images and derived face data are handled.

No warranty; limitation of liability

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Face matching is probabilistic and may occasionally miss or misidentify a match. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

Changes

We may update these terms as the service evolves. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
